HOME DELIVERY (Curbside): Delivers to the curbside of a residential address. This does not include in home delivery or set-up. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE ADAQUATE ASSISTANCE TO GET THE LIFT CHIAR INSIDE THE HOME AND SETUP ONCE IT ARRIVES.
INSIDE DELIVERY (Ground Floor ONLY): Includes delivery of your lift chair inside the door of a ground floor. This service does NOT include unpacking of the unit and is your responsibility that the chair will fit through the doorway. Normal box dimensions are at least 36" wide. THE CARRIER CANNOT DELIVERY TO ANY OTHER ROOMS WITHIN THE HOME OTHER THEN INSIDE THE MAIN DOOR ENTERANCE AND CANNOT DELIVER UP ANY STAIRS.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY (Inside Home & Set-up): Includes in-home and set-up of the lift chair. This is recommended for complete delivery, installation, setup and box removal. This option will provide instruction of the functionality on the chair to make sure you are comfortable operating it. BEST OPTION FOR HANDS-OFF SETUP, WE PROVIDE ALL THE HEAVY LIFTING!
Please note: All delivery options are for lower 48 states only and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or other providences.
Once your order is processed you will be contacted to confirm your order. Special upgrades and fabrics not already in stock will add to the delivery time. Custom ordered fabrics can take anywhere from 10 days to 4 + weeks depending on the fabric and lift chair requested.
White Glove Delivery generally adds 5 + business days to the total delivery time. This time may be extended further or unavailable in residing within certain remote and rural areas. If such exclusions do apply you will be notified promptly. If delivery would be to a rural area, please notify us before placing your order.

Warranty InformationGOLDEN, through its authorized distributor / service organization, warrants its lifts chairs to the original consumer only, against defects in material or workmanship as follows:In-home Warranty:Most Golden Lift Chairs comes with a one year in-home warranty. The in-home warranty cover all repair costs, including labor and service calls. Under this warranty, Golden will repair or replace the product, at their discretion, for a period of one year. A six month warranty on both mechanical and electrical labor applies to Value Series lift chairs only.Seat Lift/Frame Warranty:Lifetime Warranty includes Seat Lift Mechanism, chair frame and recline frame. Labor to replace these parts is covered on most models for three years or as product states.Electrical Part Warranty:GOLDEN, warrants the electrical parts of most lift chairs against defects to original consumer for a period of three years from the date of original purchase by a consumer or a product states.Mechanical/Electrical Labor Warranty:Warranty for mechanical labor is covered on most models for three years. Electrical labor is one year on most models. Please see product details for specific coverages. Limited Warranty fourth through seventh year:During the period beginning with the expiration of the full three year parts warranty offered and continuing through the seventh year after date of original purchase by a consumer, GOLDEN will warrant the electrical parts on the following prorated basis. Year 4 earns a 35% discount off suggested retail price. Year 5 earns a 25% discount. Year 6 a 15% discount and year 7 a 5% discount. By way of example, a part costing $100.00 that needs replacement in year 4 would cost $65.00. GOLDEN shall not be responsible or obligated to pay for any costs or expenses for examination and / or service of any warranted part or to pay for costs of transportation, handling and packaging of the chairs and / or parts or components. Capri, Monarch and Space Saver are excluded from this portion of the warranty.Warranty StatementGOLDEN will, at its option, repair and / or replace the defective parts and / or components provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling and / or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives. This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc. Please note weight capacities, as exceeding the chair will void the warranty.
